Our (inaugural) 2021 Marilyn J Chardonnay from Eden Valley gently lures you in to explore the generosity in aromas and flavours, inviting you to indulge in its exquisite fresh white peach, pear and lemon sorbet with subtle hints of nectarine, melon and a racy dash of grapefruit zest.
Matured in premium French oak, the perfect balance between palate weight and varietal expression is achieved, giving just a lick of fine tannin and luscious soft acidity that enhances the elegant lengthy finish.
