This wine is named after our grandson Jack, who resides at the vineyard and is training to become our future winemaker and viticulturist. Our premium Shiraz is made from our own Eden Valley cool climate single vineyard Shiraz grapes, from vines that boast an average age of 60 years.
Early estimates suggest this wine will still reward for the next 10-15 years with careful cellaring, but with gentle decanting, it is approachable right now.

An inviting deep bouquet filled with layers of dark fruit, including luxurious black currants, ripe plums and succulent black cherries. French oak nurturing the textural structure.
Extremely luscious ripe fruits and subtle hints of spices result in a harmonious fusion and depth of flavours across the entire palate, thanks to a well-balanced structure featuring ripe tannins and refreshing acidity to keep everything feeling elegant and well rounded.

Intense deep ruby red tones
Lifted fruit aromas of black berries and precise French oak, with gentle savoury notes leaning into black olive and spice box nuance.
The palate instantly starts rolling in the ripeness and depth of dark fruits on offer. The waves of dense blackberry and plum simply keep coming as brambleberry, soft mocha and dusted white pepper glide along the precise French oak structure and ripe tannin finish.
