Our cool climate Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is as remarkable as is it rare. Years ago, there seemed to be plenty of Cabernet vines growing in Eden Valley, yet fewer remain today. We enjoy Cabernet as much as you do, feeling the need to uphold the local folklore of this noble variety. Our first release Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is named after our eldest Granddaughter Bronte. Basket pressed and matured gracefully in French oak hogsheads for 12 months before bottling, our Cabernet style is created to be enjoyed on any day with a “y” in it.

The 3 Wines Men review via Instagram:
“When Cabernet drinks this good, this early, you know you’re dealing with an amazing winery. It’s hard not to hide my love for Brockenchack Wines, so I won’t. I seriously love these guys and everything they stand for. The 2016 Brockenchack Miss Bronte Cabernet Sauvignon from a Single Vineyard in the Eden Valley is pure genius. Quite herbaceous and oaky but with plenty of pure Cabernet Sauvignon characteristics of tobacco and silky tannins. Who even grows Cabernet Sauvignon in the Eden Valley now? Brockenchack do, and you must try it to taste why.”
