This cool climate premium Shiraz is handcrafted to be elegantly smooth and approachable.
These grapes are hand selected and picked at their optimum baumé. The wine is traditionally made by partially crushing the grapes into open top fermenters with 10-14 days on skins. It is then basket pressed and left to mature in new French oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years.
