Dual silvers in New York for Brockenchack’s Miss Bronte and Jack Harrison reds…
The New York World Wine & Spirits Competition (NYWWSC) has established itself as one of the most respected judging events in the eastern U.S.A. The judges are predominantly from the New York area and are among the wine and spirits industry’s most trusted authorities, not only on the subject of wine and spirits, but also on the regional tastes and trends that drive the wine and spirits markets.
NYWSC medal winners range from some of the most renowned international distillers and wineries, to small-batch craft producers and boutique wineries for whom these awards have proven to be a game-changer. Not only is a NYWSC medal a testament to a producers hard work, it’s a universally recognized indicator of exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
In their judging/scoring scale, a silver medal indicates an outstanding wine that shows refinement, finesse, and complexity; noting that these winners are among the best examples of their particular category.
This is our second silver awarded in the US for the Jack Harrison Shiraz, (the first being from the 2018 San Francisco International Wine Show) and we are really proud of these great results for both wines at the 2019 NYWWSC.
Both wines are currently available via our online shop and are also distributed throughout Australia and our overseas markets in the USA and China. Please email us for more information on how to access these wines in your region.
