At the time of booking, we charge a $20 deposit to hold your place. This is refundable at the Cellar Door, or can be put towards any wine purchased. Terms and Conditions
Brockenchack Cellar Door Wine Tastings require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a booking and 48 hours notice of cancellation. Although the wine tasting is free, a $20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This will be refunded on the day at the Cellar Door, or can be credited towards wine purchased at the cellar door. After clicking the "Book now" button, you will be redirected to the checkout to pay your deposit.

Bookings can be made via our website. Enquiries can be taken over the phone or via email but all bookings will have to be made via our online booking calendar.

Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation fees for bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled cellar door date. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will forfeit the $20 deposit.
