BROCKENCHACK FEATURES AT EMBASSY DINNER, BERLIN

Early last week, before Covid-19 had really escalated through Europe, Brockenchack Wines made a very special feature in Berlin! On the 9th of March, Ambassador Lynette Wood hosted an Australian wine dinner at the Embassy in Berlin where our very own wines were showcased. It was a night of fine wine and outstanding cuisine, with a terrific group of Australian winemakers and representatives coming together to present some classic Aussie wines to Germany’s top sommeliers, restaurateurs, wine media and distributors. When it’s hot out, try a Rosé Spritzer

When it’s hot out and you need a refreshing drink but you’re after something extra flavoursome, why not try out this Rosé Spritzer recipe? What you’ll need: – 1 bottle of Brockenchack Wines Tru-Su Rosé  [buy online] – 1 punnet of fresh strawberries – 1 lemon, sliced – 1 bottle sparkling water or club soda – a handful mint leaves It’s super simple, really refreshing and all you need to do is combine all the ingredients in a jug with ice, give it a little stir and pour.
